Functieomschrijving

For our partner specialized in aircraft engineering located in Zaventem, we are looking for a team leader to manage a team of jet engines/ aircraft engines moneurs. Do you have a higher degree, and, min 5 years of practical experience in. Be sure to apply for this vacancy.

Your daily tasks:

- Performs visual and dimensional inspections on disassembled parts in accordance with established procedures.

- Evaluates parts (good as they are, repair or scrap), modules or engines through the ERP system and initiates necessary actions.

- Uses appropriate methods, materials and tools.

- Ensures work is traceable by performing administrative tasks.

- Checks AD/SB status of parts and modules.

- Determines future configuration of parts or modules.

- Performs incoming inspections on parts after repair and on purchased parts.

- Performs final inspection after in-house repair.

Profiel

- Higher secondary technical education (electromechanical or mechanical) with proven experience as an aeronautical technician, or a bachelor's degree in aeronautics.

- You have a good knowledge of and passion for (aircraft) engines.

- You're flexible and eager to learn.

- You speak good Dutch or French and have a good command of technical English.

- You are willing to work in 2 shifts.

- You enjoy working as part of a team, in a multilingual environment, and you're willing to listen to your colleagues.
