Export Coördinator
Functieomschrijving
As export coördinator, your full focus will be put on our Pharma-Department.
You will be responsible for coordinating transportactivities for pharmaceutical an temperature controlled products.
You will handle and monitor all operational activities and Client activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Manage daily email volumes in the applicable inboxes
- Assist with complex and escalated Operational issues in accordance with the team and managers
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
- Issue Master Airway Bills in accordance with the planned flight schedule
- Send pre-alerts to overseas agents
- Keep the management team advised of potential & confirmed issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare Export consignments for shipping
Profiel
- Good knowledge of English and French
- You have a degree or experience in Logistics
- Knowledge of the Airfreight Carriers operating from BE/FR Airports & the services they offer is a plus
- Understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export /Warehouse & Transport is a plus
- Excellent organisational and communicating skills
- A very good understanding of Excel - this is essential!
